Quality Is Key
Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to thoroughly analyse every type of coffee – from low-grade robustas to the highest grade Specialty microlot. Each sample that passes through the lab is meticulously graded and tested to ensure that the coffee is within the contracted specification. As a hub for NKG’s operations in Asia, the team works with NKG Quality Service in Switzerland to ensure that every team member is updated with the latest knowledge and information on origin specifications, food safety protocols, and HACCP requirements and producing and consuming markets.
