Position Management

By taking positions of different origins and qualities, we can effectively lock-in the price at which is favourable to roasters and producers alike. This also gives us an added advantage of speed of execution where we may not need additional time to source for your required coffees. Any shortfall in the supply of green beans can stall your production and make you default on your sale obligations. You can avoid this risk by buying coffees that you are assured of supply from our forward stocks.

Futures Market

For producers, we assure demand as a channel for their produce through the futures market. In today’s highly volatile scenario, wide fluctuations in prices of import and export products can directly affect the bottom-line of both producer and roaster. Commodity futures helps us to procure or sell coffee at a balanced price decided months before the actual transaction, thereby ironing out any drastic price swing that happens subsequently.

Market Insight

Coffee being the only commodity that the group engages with, we place utmost importance in the growth of coffee in Asia. We use various analysis tools to provide valuable insight in both producing and consuming countries.

Every Industry

Arabica

Being the world’s dominant cultivated type of coffee, we supply Arabica coffees of all origins and grades to our partners. We source these coffees through our origin sister export companies. Traded in the New York Market, we are able to offer Arabica coffees in differentials or outright prices.

Robusta

Being in Asia, our primary function within the group is to oversee the robusta segment in Asia. Vietnam is the biggest robusta producing with Indonesia being third globally. It is only natural that we have processing facilities which we trade in these 2 countries. We are able to offer these Robusta coffees traded though the LIFFE market in differentials or outright prices.

Soluble Trading

Neumann Kaffee Gruppe does not have any soluble producing facilities and factories as we see it as a direct competition with our partners. However, through our extensive network in the industry, we are able to trade soluble coffee in bulk from different regions of the world. We work closely with our partner-clients to ensure that each production batch of soluble coffee is specially curated according to your required taste profile and specifications.
